Hello Ppl Hope you've all been well
Been a while since I've been on the site
For those that know I finally finished both the album and the video. On my page, I've placed the complete mixes for the 5 songs that were already there. And I've uploaded 2 more of the remaining 5 tracks from the album. The remainder will be uploaded later this week.

Hi all Got in this morning and found my inbox peppered with reviews and comments. Just want to say thanks to those that took both the time to listen and comment. I will get round to all of you soon and reply. a couple of points have been noted, so i'll try and clarify. The two acoustic tracks, were both recorded live in less than ideal conditions. And I tended to slap reverb around in those days like there was no tomorrow lol. So the high eq's are part of that problem. I also had never heard of pop filters at that time either so you also get a lot of vowel hiss. Both numbers were recorded using an electro classical guitar, which at the time had fairly new strings on it. Anyone who uses a classical will know that the strings take a while to bed down. So the tuning quality might be a bit suspect, but the instrument was re-tuned prior to each recording. As some of you may know, these numbers come from two albums released about 5-6 ago. And most of the songs form part of my live acoustic set. As such many have evolved from what you hear now. So the intention is to re-record the bulk of them when time allows Hope that clears the queries up. Thanks again Mark |

Hi All I'm back, hope you've all been well I left the site a while back to concentrate on recording 11 new songs for the upcoming album, and also to work on some music for a sports video. Over the next few days I'll be posting a few of the songs here. The mixes are still incomplete, so I'm looking for a bit of help and some ideas how to make them that little bit better.
