Biography I took up the guitar when I was 21 just as a hobby and eventually got into playing in a few bands with friends, mainly playing covers around the local bars back in the 80's. Then for about 20 years I didn't play much at all. A few years ago I met a few good musos and my enthusiasm was re-ignited. We ended up forming a blues band called Blueprint and we've had some fun getting a repertoire together and doing some recording and gigs. I've always had an interest in recording and with the technology available for home recording these days, I've been trying to learn more about that. The songs I've posted here are some of my first efforts at songwriting and recording and I'm looking forward to improving both as I learn more along the way. My band Blueprint can be heard here: BLUEPRINT

You're a very talented guitarrist and have too much feeling in your playing.
A very Santana-ish tone.

Awesome blues guitar my friend, amazing how a few notes on a guitar can bring out so much feeling. reminds me of Dire Straits a little but that is not to take anything away from your composition. great production too. brilliant tune.

'Blues for my Brother', (Just got off the phone talkin' to my bro, co-incidence.). We don't see each other that much; but I can always count on him.
This has an emotonal appeal. Great expressive string bending; good tone, like the feel --some latin charm in there, if you don't mind.
Find bass;love it; All is well arranged. Fab production matey.
Your friend. -Vesa.

'Phrygian Smidgen' -(should get a creative title award') ha,haa...seriously the guitar playing is most inspiring-like the smooth fluent flowing and the easy drums and bass to keep the nifty groove. Fine expression my man. Love it. Great for a bleary eyed fellow with a morning coffee to charm the day.
Take care & keep on keepin' on;love your styling.
-Vesa.

Hi Peter, not sure where the heiroglyphics came from. I noticed that Lex Zaleta had been having the same trouble with his lyrics. I'm sure it's site based, but the fact that I did the blog at 1am with a few stubbies under my belt may have contributed.
Cheers

Dude,
Greetings from the Gold Coast. Love your guitar work mate. Very tasteful and done with feeling & emotion. I'm enjoying your exceptional music. Sounds a bit Gary Moore-ish at times, which is a good thing of course. :)

Your site looks good. I take it this is a premium version, as first example I have seen. Enjoyed your tunes, nice little bass jam there on that third one.
